About Us

Tellcomm was founded by Mark Trafford in mid 2004.

Mark had previously worked in a corporate environment, in senior management, for the likes of British Gas, BT and The Cauldwell Group.

Mark says: "After 15 years working in this work space I found nobody seemed to care for the client anymore - there was no 'personal touch'.

I founded Tellcomm in 2004 to bring back that 'personal touch', a face, a name who could be called at anytime to answer queries.

I believe we now offer that service and work 'hand in hand' with our clients to help them through the minefield of telecoms.

OK we are not the cheapest but what we do offer is a reliable, honest service to our clients - some who over the last 3 years have become personal friends."
